  1. Wouldn’t this also apply to ice served on a plane? Or is the ice loaded onto the plane with the food? In that case, what about those short domestic flights that don’t serve meals but do serve beverages? I think I will pay the outrageous airport prices for bottled drinks and bring my own.

  2. traveling in an airplane domestic or non is always troublesome and raises a lot of questions concerning your health. traveling in a closed area with others who may be sick and carry serious organisms is the problem. even in a carrier with hundreds to thousands of travelers is also risky. food poisoning always an issue, swimming pools are e coli infested,etc. stay home is my advice.
